cancellation
We ask for 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellations. However, we do understand that emergencies occur. With that, we ask that you let us know as early as you can when you need to reschedule your appointment.
late arrival
Clients will be treated the remaining duration of the appointment time. As there may be clients scheduled thereafter.

The clinic will charge the full amount of the client's appointment.
